1. Who we are
FlexiFund4U Solution (“FlexiFund4U”, “we”, “us”) is a licensed money lending business serving Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the surrounding areas. We are the data user responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, WhatsApp, telephone or in person.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a loan enquiry on this website, we collect only what we need to assess it:
- Your name and contact details — phone number and, if you choose to give it, your email address.
- Employment information — your employment type and, if you choose to give it, your job title.
- Financial information — the type of loan and the amount you are requesting and, for a personal loan, your monthly salary and how your salary is paid.
- Your location — the state or city you are applying from.
- Technical data — the date and time of your submission, and standard website analytics such as pages viewed and the device or browser used.
If your application proceeds, our officer will ask you for the supporting documents needed to complete it, such as identification, payslips or bank statements. Those are collected directly by our officer and are not submitted through this website.
We never ask for upfront payments. We will never request a deposit, processing fee, or your online banking password, TAC or OTP. If anyone contacts you claiming to be FlexiFund4U and asks for these, do not pay and contact us immediately.
3. How we use your information
We use your personal data only for the purposes below:
- To assess your eligibility and prepare a repayment plan suited to your income and capability.
- To contact you about your application by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To administer your loan, including agreements, repayments and customer service, if your application is approved.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed lender, including record keeping.
- To improve this website and the quality of our service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Your consent and its legal basis
By submitting the application form, or by contacting us on WhatsApp or by telephone, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes described above. Providing the information is voluntary — but without it we cannot assess or process a loan application for you. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in section 8.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is accessible only to those who need it:
- Our own loan officers and administrative staff.
- Service providers that host this website and the systems we use to record and manage applications. They may process your data only on our instructions.
- Regulators, law enforcement, or professional advisers, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose it.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Malaysia. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a standard comparable with the PDPA.
6. How we protect your data
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to application records is limited to authorised staff. We keep physical documents secured at our office. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable practical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
7. How long we keep it
If your application does not proceed, we keep your enquiry only as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of the contact. If you become a customer, we keep your records for as long as your loan is active and afterwards for the period required by law and by our regulatory obligations as a licensed lender.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- Give you access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Stop contacting you for marketing purposes.
- Withdraw your consent to our processing, or limit how we process your data.
Write to us at the email address in section 13 and we will respond within a reasonable period. Note that if you withdraw consent while an application or loan is in progress, we may be unable to continue processing it, and we may still need to keep certain records to meet our legal obligations.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website stores a small preference in your browser to remember whether you are reading it in English or Bahasa Malaysia. We may also use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. These tools report to us in aggregate; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will continue to work.
10. Other websites and messaging apps
Our pages link to WhatsApp and may link to other services. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy of that service applies to your use of it, not ours. Please review their policies before sharing personal information.
11. Age requirement
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here is always the one that applies.
